LGBTQ Health & Relationships Seminar At Sea

Abstract Submission

Please use the form below to submit your abstract for consideration. At present we can only guarantee time and space for poster presentations, but we are hoping to also be able to organize dinner/lunch time round table discussions and some oral presentations as well. Please indicate all of the various presentation formats that you would be suitable for your topic of presentation. You will hear back about whether your submission has been accepted on or before January 12, 2014. For more information about the details of each presentation type or relevant topics for submissions, please view the Call for Papers.

The deadline for submitting your abstract has been extended to January 5, 2014!

Are you booked on the cruise already? *
If you're already booked on the cruise, what is your stateroom number? (Enter 'not sure' if you don't know) - You can find your stateroom listed on your invoice from Olivia.
Describe your professional (e.g. educator, health researcher, counselor, psychologist, professor, medical doctor, health professional, nurse, social work, etc.)
Please enter an abstract describing the topic/content of your poster/presentation. Please limit your abstract to a maximum of 400 words.
Please list 3 learning objectives for your presentation (if wishing to be considered for an oral presentation).
Would you be willing to review submissions?
Reviews would be due by January 3rd, 2014.
Registration Fee
If it were necessary to charge a registration fee for use of a designated area for presentations, what is the maximum fee you would be willing to pay to attend/participate in the conference?
If you are not doing a poster presentation, would you be willing to volunteer your stateroom door for the placement of someone else's poster?
Stateroom doors can only fit one poster each and some cabins have more than one person inside who would like to present a poster. Consequently, we are in need of other cabin doors to post posters on!
